Our six bedroom Guest house is 150yds from Paignton Seafront and close to all Paignton's amenities including Paignton Beach, Paignton Peir, Quay West Water Park, the multiplex cinema complex and many more. The bus and train stations are just 5 minutes walk or if you need parking we have our own car park.

All our rooms are en-suite bath or shower rooms and include colour television, clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities. We have single, double, twin and family rooms available plus a ground floor room.
