All our rooms are en-suite and we will provide fresh towels, colour TV, tea and coffee, hairdryers and radio alarm. Should you require a cot in the room, please ask at the time of booking.
Our Terms and Conditions
Reservations are confirmed upon the receipt of a deposit. A deposit of £25 per person per booking is required.
All accounts should be settles on arrival by cash or cheque.
Rooms will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure although we can make arrangements outside these times if required.
We are STRICT NO SMOKING throughout but there is an allocated sheltered smoking area outside. If we beleive that smoking has taken place in the rooms then a £50 charge will be made to the room and the occupants will be asked to leave without a refund.
We also reserve the right to refuse to accommodate any person who, in our reasonable opinion is not suitable. In such cases all charges will be refunded.
