About us


We offer a variety of en-suite rooms with free WiFi providing a perfect base for your holiday or business trip. Each of our six en-suite bedrooms are individually designed and created to provide our guests with a comfortable stay. We have one single room but depending on availability, we also offer single occupancy on our double rooms for solo travelers.  All rooms are supplied with a well-stocked hospitality tray providing tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities, complementary biscuits and are refreshed daily. A flat screen Freeview TV, quality towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided in every room. An iron & ironing board is available on request. We have one ground floor bedroom that can be used by a family of up to 4, or, by guests with minor disabilities as there are only two steps to this room. 

Breakfast is served in our bright dining area from 8am until 10am. Choose from a selection of fruit juices, cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruit from the breakfast bar followed by a full home-cooked, freshly made to order, English breakfast/pancakes/omelettes/continental/ vegetarian breakfast.  This is included in the price of your stay. Whatever you have planned, the generous and tasty breakfast is a great way to start your day. 

We have a cosy and comfortable bar in our conservatory with a large flat screen television providing background entertainment for your listening pleasure or even a karaoke sing along. If there is a sporting event, the bar can be opened early to suit your requirements. The addition of this bar lets you make the very most of your holiday in a relaxed atmosphere – come rain or shine.

Access to our property

Free parking in our tarmac carpark to the front our our property for 6 cars which is 1 parking space per room. We have installed 4 motorbike anchors for our 2-wheeler friends. 

Level access from the carpark into the property and guest lounge. There are 2 steps up to reach the family room and dining room.

The remainder of our rooms are accessed via a staircase with a handrail to the first floor. There are 10 steps to a large landing and bench, then a further 5 steps to reach Rooms 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6.
