Outside seating area
We have a great little seating area that sits in amongst a flower garden at the front of the building for our guest and is a lovely way to spend the summer nights. This area also falls under our Bar License and therefore sitting out there with a nice cold beverage is a great plus.

Guest lounge
On your arrival you will be welcomed into the informal guest lounge where you will receive a lovely free hot or cold beverage before going into your room. This room is a warm sun trapped with 2 comfy sofas. A wonderful place to sit and read a book or watch the kids play with the toys from our toy chest. There is a selection of menus from local restaurants and information pamphlets on the sights that can be visited in the area.
Bar
At the rear of the property, we have a newly appointed conservatory built specifically for our guests which we have made into a lovely bar. A perfect place to be if you fancy a few drinks or handy for a quick drink before going out for dinner or a night cap before bed, great for those who wish to spend the night in with a good old knee’s up. This bar is the perfect place to be. The bar overlooks the back garden and Rugby/Cricket club. With cosy heating for the winter and air conditioning for the really hot summer months. This area is comfortable and spacious. We offer a varied selection of bottled beers, great tasting cyders, wine by the glass (or bottle) and spirits from our fully licenced bar all served by a genuine Lord for your drinking pleasure.
